Nicholas Preftakes has vast experience and knowledge in the financial and brokerage industries with an MBA in Finance. His experience includes serving as President of Henderson National Corporation where he oversaw all corporate operations and was personally responsible for the financial restructure of their $400,000,000, Oklahoma based real estate portfolio. With over 950 employees, he supervised construction, management and development. Prior to his work at Henderson National Corporation, Nick served as Vice President for the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division, in charge of managing the real estate construction and term financing portfolio of $300,000,000. Other experience includes commercial and residential construction lending, long term commercial loan origination and placement, development financing, and management of a loan portfolio of approximately $40,000,000.

Mark Ruffin has 25 years of real estate experience. He has developed, brokered, and appraised, owned and managed numerous real estate investments. His expertise includes single and multi-tenant warehousing, office properties, retail centers, multi-family housing, manufactured home communities, commercial land and residential subdivisions. Prior activities include contract consulting and valuation services for all aspects of commercial real estate.

Tim Austin, CPM, RPA, serves as the Director of Asset Management for PrecorRuffin and managing broker for Precor Ruffin. He has managed commercial property in Central Oklahoma, since 1983. Tim majored in Finance at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a BS in Business Management in 1981. Tim holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Real Property Administration (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. He has also held his broker’s license in Oklahoma since 1984. Tim’s experience includes management of office, retail, residential and industrial portfolios, which includes 1.3 million square feet of Downtown Oklahoma City, class “A” high-rise office space. He has served as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Board Director of the Oklahoma City Chapters of I.R.E.M. and B.O.M.A.

Rick Pritchett, CCIM has been active in the Oklahoma City commercial real estate market since 1992. As a broker, his responsibilities have included the successful marketing, sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Rick has experience in development, build-to-suit, site selection, tenant finish, tenant representation, lease negotiations, property analysis and management. Rick was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2000. He serves as Board Member for the state CCIM chapter and for the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City (CREC). He is involved in several civic organizations for youth athletics including the Northwest Optimist Club of Oklahoma City.

Greg Palmer, a shareholder of Precor Equity Fund, Inc., since inception, serves as Senior Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, and oversees all accounting services. Mr. Palmer has thirty-four years knowledge of real estate tax and accounting. He served previously as Vice-President, Treasurer for Henderson National Corporation. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Stephani Suhre is in charge of marketing and sales promotions for PrecorRuffin and is actively involved in the development and management process on an as-needed basis. She holds her real estate license in the state of Oklahoma and has been associated with commercial real estate in a variety of ways - including development, management, sales, and leasing.

Stephanie Woods has worked for Precor for over 28 years and is experienced in all accounting and payroll functions. She oversees the leasing and management of the Garage Loft Apartments. Stephanie graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BS in Accounting and holds her Real Estate license in the state of Oklahoma.
John Cook
John Cook is head building and facilities engineer for Precor Ruffin. General responsibilities includes building systems management and maintenance. Experience includes 27 years in electrical, HVAC maintenance and construction industries. John is a licensed engineer and boiler operator. Education includes various workshops and continuing education in the Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing disciplines. Other education relates to apprenticeship and training with the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee for the Electrical Industry. He graduated from Oklahoma State University of Technical Training with a diploma in Electrical Maintenance.

Pam Macklin joined Precor Ruffin in February of 2009. She has 10 years of aerospace technology experience and 10 years of retail sales management experience. She has been in the commercial real estate industry for the last three years and was previously the marketing administrator's assistant for multi-family brokers.
